How our approach creates the highest impact events

Developing & producing SPECIAL EVENTS. We not only bring a special eye to detail for creating events that appropriately represent the culture of our clients (anything from formal sit-down dinners to more informal settings with food stations or an indoor/outdoor fair), but we also bring formal fundraising training to the process so that we achieve the bottom line. The bottom line is achieved through careful targeting of potential sponsors and vendors who share our philosophy and may either provide in-kind donations or much-reduced rates, and never spare the quality.

Working with staff and volunteers on new strategies for OUTREACH to increase participation of volunteers, attendees and donors. We also coach and work directly with participants to empower them to engage in the fundraising and outreach aspect of the work, and provide all needed support for donor follow-up.

We assist with the PUBLICITY for each event, developing messages, and working to achieve broader community awareness through various media outlets and current technology mechanisms.

We are committed, from conception to execution to de-briefing, to working closely with our clients to create a positive, successful, fun, and memorable experience for everyone involved.
